My name is S Jeremy Haokip. I had a personal loan with HDFC Bank with the loan A/C no. 1451437 which i took in May 2005. In November 2008 I could not continue with the ECS payment due to the closure of my personal account. However since then I had been making my payment through cash through the collector who would collect the amount on behalf of HDFC as I was near the end of my loan period. At the end of my loan when I approach Bank for the NOC I was told that I still have one month of loan pending for the month of November 2008. On further query and investigation it was found that HDFC had transfered by cash amount to another loan A/C 11721697. Since then I had been going back and forth with the Bank to resolve the issue. I had spoke with customer on numerous occasions. I visited the HDFC Greenpark branch and was told to contact Charu Thakur, HDFC rep in Rajouri Garden who further escalated to another manager and so on. Till date there has been no resolution and I have given up trying
